Richard is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and Family Mediator. Because of his unique experience, he has great empathy for the Parties in the mediation as well as a great respect for the mediation process. Also, his perspective as a non-lawyer tends to place the disputing parties at ease with the process, thereby allowing the Parties to be objective and comfortable during the mediation.

Active in the formation of three separate podiatric medical malpractice insurance companies and assisted in establishing their risk management protocols as well as extensive experience consulting with both medical malpractice and other medical disputes prior to litigation
Elliot is a Family and Circuit Civil Mediator as well as an attorney in criminal and civil cases. He has extensive experience as a litigator having defended lawsuits against corporations, municipalities, insurance companies and their insured’s as well as representing plaintiffs in personal injury and other lawsuits. He litigated high exposure cases representing both plaintiffs and defendants in jury trials, bench trials, appeals, mediations, arbitrations and settlement negotiations. He tried hundreds of cases to their conclusion and began trials of countless others that eventually settled.
